How do I track my order?

You will receive a sales order confirmation via email after placing an order. Once your order has shipped out, you will receive a second email with the tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to check the status of your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend upon the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Ag Supply Shop only ships domestically within the United States. If you'd like to request international shipping, please contact us.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out on the same or next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude major holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered via UPS Ground. Delivery time with this method depends on the destination, but typically, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that we cannot control or accelerate deliveries once they leave our facility. Severe weather events and other external conditions may delay the arrival of an order.

I need material for my commercial project. Can I order wholesale?

Ag Supply Shop does not offer wholesale pricing. However, JSC Agricultural Supply offers custom metal stakes, cross arms, and wholesale pricing for large commercial projects.
